Job summary

Ameriprise Financial seeks a Senior Associate Product Owner to drive Secure Message Center, Virtual Assistant, and Live Agent Chat features on the Client Secure Site. You’ll work with product, engineering, UX, risk, and compliance to improve secure communication and self-service options for clients and advisors.

You will lead one or more Scrum teams, define roadmaps, and monitor KPIs to ensure measurable business outcomes and customer value.

Qualifications

• Strong business analysis and project management skills.
• Experience supporting product management on software-based solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of digital technologies and AI-enabled experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of product strategy and delivery for one or more Scrum teams.
• Define digital product strategy and monitor KPIs.
