Job summary
Ameriprise Financial is seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead the Digital Collaboration experience within the Ameriprise Client Secure Site, driving measurable advisor and client adoption of digital collaboration capabilities.
The Senior Product Owner will partner with senior leaders across Digital, Advice, Advisor Tools, and Advisor Technology to align priorities, make informed tradeoffs, and deliver solutions that enhance the advisor and client experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years in product management or product owner roles, with 3+ years in agile software environments.
- Proven ability to lead product discovery and strategy.
- Strong ability to translate business strategy and customer insights into product direction.
Responsibilities
- Lead Agile Scrum teams delivering digital collaboration outcomes.
- Translate customer needs into prioritized roadmaps and backlog items.
- Drive adoption by improving meeting prep, online collaboration, and client-advisor interactions.
- Develop and execute a product vision and roadmap focused on measurable outcomes.
- Partner with senior leaders to align priorities and tradeoffs across departments.
