Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years in product management.
• Experience leading cross-functional delivery without formal authority.
• Familiarity with annuity or financial services is a plus.
• Strong data-driven decision making and KPI ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for digital self-service and Call Center needs.
• Lead cross-functional prioritization and balance value, risk, and feasibility.
• Partner with Platform Leads on cross-product coordination and dependencies.
• Define KPIs/OKRs and measure outcomes like NPS and CSAT.
