Job summary

OnTrac seeks a Senior Product Owner / Scrum Master to drive a large, multi-team Google Cloud Platform engagement in a fully remote US-based setting. You will own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog while serving as Scrum Master for multiple teams.

You will facilitate ceremonies, coach teams to self-organization, remove impediments, and ensure delivery aligns with client priorities and governance processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; master's preferred.
• SAFe experience and certification across programs.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills.
• Experience with backlog management and product ownership across multiple programs.

Responsibilities

• Set product vision, roadmap, and backlog for a multi-team program.
• Own backlog end-to-end with user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize backlog balancing scope, cost, and time.
• Plan releases aligned with customer approvals.
• Lead Scrum ceremonies and coach teams toward self-organization.
• Remove impediments and drive continuous improvement.
• Report metrics and status to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with PMO and cross-functional teams.
