Qualifications
- 7+ years of Product Owner or Product Management experience in Agile environments.
- Proven backlog prioritization and user story development skills.
- Experience delivering customer-facing web or mobile digital products.
- Ability to balance strategic roadmaps with day-to-day execution.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with engineers, UX, and QA.
Responsibilities
- Own, prioritize, and maintain the Agile backlog aligned to strategy.
- Refine user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering and QA.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, UX, and Scrum Masters to deliver web and mobile experiences.
- Support dashboard modernization and mobile app enhancements.
- Lead discovery to understand customer needs and opportunities.
- Gather feedback from clients and participants to inform decisions.
- Lead backlog refinements and sprint planning for predictable delivery.
- Monitor product performance and identify future enhancements.
