Job summary

Schwab Retirement Technologies is seeking a Senior Product Owner/Manager to shape and deliver digital experiences for retirement plan participants, sponsors, and advisors in web and mobile platforms. The role partners with engineering, UX, architecture, and stakeholders to translate needs into actionable user stories and drive valuable outcomes.

You will balance strategic roadmap planning with day-to-day execution, leading Agile ceremonies and ensuring high-quality, customer-focused product

Qualifications

7+ years in Product Owner/PM/Agile delivery.
Proven backlog prioritization in Agile environments.
Strong user story writing and requirements gathering.
Experience delivering customer-facing digital products (web/mobile).
Able to balance strategic roadmap with execution.

Responsibilities

Own, prioritize, and maintain the Agile team backlog aligned to customers and strategy.
Develop and refine user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering and QA.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, UX, and Scrum Masters to deliver web/mobile experiences.
Support initiatives including dashboard modernization and mobile app enhancements.
Participate in discovery to understand customer needs and opportunities for innovation.
Gather feedback from clients and partners and translate into product decisions.
Lead backlog refinement and sprint planning to ensure predictable delivery.
Monitor product performance and identify future enhancements.
