AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior Product Owner to own the strategic vision and backlog for internal security tools and developer portals. This role prioritizes epics to reduce systemic risk and drives adoption of policy and tooling changes with a strong AppSec/DevSecOps background.

You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable tooling while maintaining autonomy from inception to adoption. Flexible, hybrid work options are available in the US.

Formación

• 5+ years in Technical Product Management or as a Product Owner.
• Experience in vulnerability management lifecycles, AppSec, Cloud Security/Architecture, and/or Development Enablement.
• Fully autonomous in driving product strategy from inception to adoption.
• Excels at data-driven decision-making and cross-functional leadership without requiring day-to-day direction.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Define and prioritize user stories and epics for Workstreams 1-5, ensuring engineering efforts directly reduce systemic risk.
• Drive the adoption framework for Business Unit Architecture Champions, focusing on policy modernization and content uplift.
• Ensure that all built solutions, including ASPM ingestion and AI-SDLC scanning, reduce developer friction and enhance the internal user journey.
• Bridge the gap between executive security mandates and the Agile execution pods.
