Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Product Owner to own the strategic vision and backlog for internal security tooling and developer portals. You will prioritize epics that reduce systemic risk, drive policy and tooling adoption, and ensure new solutions minimize developer friction.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in technical product management or as a Product Owner, strong AppSec/DevSecOps experience, and the ability to lead autonomously with data-driven decisions across cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Technical Product Management or as a Product Owner.
• Experience in vulnerability management lifecycles, AppSec, Cloud Security/Architecture, and/or Development Enablement.
• Fully autonomous in driving product strategy from inception to adoption.
• Excels at data-driven decision-making and cross-functional leadership without requiring day-to-day direction.
• Upper-intermediate English level.
• Authorized to work for ANY employer in the US; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize user stories and epics for Workstreams 1-5, reducing systemic risk.
• Drive adoption framework for Architecture Champions, focusing on policy modernization and content uplift.
• Ensure ASPM ingestion and AI-SDLC scanning reduce developer friction and improve the internal user journey.
• Bridge the gap between executive security mandates and Agile execution pods.
