AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Product Owner to own the strategic vision and backlog for internal security tools and developer portals. You will prioritize epics that reduce systemic risk, drive policy/tooling adoption, and minimize developer friction.

A strong AppSec or DevSecOps background with cross-functional autonomy is essential. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, autonomous leadership, and the ability to translate executive mandates into actionable Agile work for delivery

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Technical Product Management or as a Product Owner, ideally building internal developer platforms.
• Experience in vulnerability management lifecycles, AppSec, Cloud Security/Architecture.
• Autonomous in driving product strategy from inception to adoption.
• Data-driven decision making and cross-functional leadership.
• Upper-intermediate English communication.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize user stories and epics for Workstreams 1-5, ensuring engineering efforts directly reduce systemic risk.
• Drive the adoption framework for Architecture Champions, focusing on policy modernization and content uplift.
• Ensure that all built solutions, including ASPM ingestion and AI-SDLC scanning, reduce developer friction.
• Bridge the gap between executive security mandates and the Agile execution pods.
