Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior Product Owner to own the strategic vision and backlog for internal security tools and developer portals.

You will prioritize epics that reduce systemic risk, drive adoption of policy and tooling changes, and ensure new solutions minimize developer friction. The role requires a strong AppSec or DevSecOps background, cross-functional autonomy, and the ability to lead product strategy from inception through adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Technical Product Management or as a Product Owner.
• Experience in vulnerability management lifecycles, AppSec, Cloud Security/Architecture, and/or Development Enablement.
• Fully autonomous in driving product strategy from inception to adoption.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize user stories and epics for Workstreams 1-5, reducing systemic risk.
• Drive the adoption framework for Architecture Champions, focusing on policy modernization.
• Ensure built solutions reduce developer friction and enhance internal user journeys.
• Bridge the gap between executive security mandates and Agile execution pods.
