AgileEngine is a leading software development partner that helps Fortune 500 brands and startups build secure, scalable platforms. We are seeking a Senior Product Owner to own the strategic vision and backlog for internal security tools and developer portals.

The role requires expertise in AppSec/DevSecOps, vulnerability management, and autonomous leadership to drive policy changes and tooling adoption while reducing developer friction across Workstreams 1-5.

Qualifications

Authorized to work for any employer in the US; no visa sponsorship available.
5+ years in Technical Product Management or Product Owner roles.
Experience in vulnerability management lifecycles, AppSec, Cloud Security/Architecture, or Development Enablement.
Fully autonomous in driving product strategy from inception to adoption.
Strong data-driven decision-making and cross-functional leadership.
Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

Define and prioritize user stories and epics for Workstreams 1-5, ensuring engineering efforts reduce systemic risk.
Drive the adoption framework for Business Unit Architecture Champions, focusing on policy modernization.
Ensure built solutions (ASPM ingestion, AI-SDLC scanning) reduce developer friction and improve the internal user journey.
Bridge the gap between executive security mandates and Agile execution pods.
