Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Product Owner to own the strategic vision and backlog for internal security tools and developer portals. This role prioritizes epics that reduce systemic risk, drives policy and tooling changes, and ensures new solutions ease developer workflows.

You will work autonomously with cross‑functional teams, apply data‑driven decisions, and communicate security priorities to executives and delivery pods. Strong AppSec or DevSecOps background is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Technical Product Management or as a Product Owner.
• Experience in vulnerability Management lifecycles, AppSec, Cloud Security/Architecture, and/or Development Enablement.
• Fully autonomous in driving product strategy from inception to adoption.
• Excels at data-driven decision making and cross-functional leadership.
• Upper‑intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize user stories and epics for Workstreams 1-5, reducing systemic risk.
• Drive adoption framework for Architecture Champions, focusing on policy modernization and content uplift.
• Ensure solutions (ASPM ingestion and AI-SDLC scanning) reduce developer friction and improve user journey.
• Bridge the gap between executive security mandates and Agile execution pods.
