• Fluent in Python and SQL for data tasks and tooling.
• Experience influencing product stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own Feedback Loops, our internal product connecting internal and external customer feedback across Salesforce clouds.
• Synthesize feedback using agentic tools and translate it into clear, actionable input for product teams.
• Influence product prioritization by presenting synthesized feedback and recommendations to product leaders.
• Close the loop with field teams and customers, communicating how their feedback was addressed.
• Read and analyze code and technical specifications to engage product and engineering teams credibly, and discuss epics, stories and sprints.
• Spend approximately 25% of your time hands-on coding, primarily in Python and SQL, to build lightweight tools and scripts that automate feedback synthesis and reporting.
