Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to own Feedback Loops, an internal product connecting internal and external customer feedback across Salesforce clouds.

You will translate feedback into input for product teams and influence prioritization with product leaders, collaborating with product and engineering teams to ensure feedback drives decisions. Qualifications

• Engineering background with ability to read, analyze and discuss code, epics, stories and sprints.
• Fluency in Python and SQL.
• Ability to split time between technical analysis and engagement with product managers and leaders (roughly 75/25).
• Experience influencing product stakeholders without direct authority.
• Clear written and verbal communication for translating technical detail into product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own Feedback Loops, the internal product connecting feedback across Salesforce clouds.
• Synthesize feedback and translate it into input for product teams.
• Influence product prioritization by presenting synthesized feedback to leaders.
• Close the loop with field teams and customers, communicating how feedback was addressed.
• Read and analyze code and technical specs to engage product and engineering teams, discussing epics, stories and sprints.
• Spend ~25% of time hands-on coding in Python and SQL to build lightweight tools and scripts.
