Qualifications

• Engineering background with the ability to read, analyze and discuss code, epics, stories and sprints.
• Fluency in Python and SQL.
• Ability to split time between technical analysis and engagement with product managers and leaders (roughly 75/25).
• Experience influencing product stakeholders without direct authority.
• Clear written and verbal communication for translating technical detail into product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own Feedback Loops, the internal product connecting internal and external customer feedback across Salesforce clouds.
• Synthesize feedback into clear input for product teams and influence prioritization.
• Close the loop with field teams and customers, communicating how feedback was addressed.
• Read and analyze code and technical specifications to engage product and engineering teams credibly.
• Spend ~25% of time hands-on coding in Python and SQL to build lightweight tools for feedback synthesis and reporting.
