Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all. Ready to level‑up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce. We are the CCO Product Strategy team — a newly formed and fast‑growing group within Salesforce’s Chief Customer Officer (CCO) organization, and sit within the Office of the CEO. We sit at the intersection of product strategy, customer insight, pricing and packaging, field readiness, executive narrative, and go‑to‑market execution. We work directly with senior leaders across Product, Field, Pricing, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to frame the company’s most important strategic questions and drive them to decision. We are looking to add a Sr. Product Manager to the team!
This role will be focused on Feedback Loops, our internal product that connects internal and external customer feedback across Salesforce clouds, so feedback demonstrably closes the loop with field teams and customers. You will synthesize feedback using agentic tools, translate it into clear input for product teams and influence what gets prioritized. You will work directly with product and engineering teams and with field teams to make sure feedback drives real decisions. This is a technical product ownership role with some hands‑on coding, not primarily a software engineering position, with an expected time split of approximately 75% reading and analyzing code and engaging with product managers, and 25% hands‑on coding, primarily in Python and SQL.
