Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read code and discuss technical Epics with product and engineering teams.
• Proficient with Python and SQL for data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own Feedback Loops, the internal product linking feedback across Salesforce clouds.
• Synthesize feedback using agentic tools and translate into actionable input for product teams.
• Influence prioritization by presenting synthesized feedback and recommendations to leaders.
• Close the loop with field teams and customers, communicating how feedback was addressed.
• Read and analyze code and technical specs to engage with engineering teams credibly.
