Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to own Feedback Loops, an internal product that connects internal and external customer feedback across Salesforce clouds. You will translate feedback into clear input for product teams and influence what gets prioritized.

You’ll work with product and engineering teams and field teams to ensure feedback drives real decisions. This is a technical product ownership role with hands-on coding in Python and SQL, roughly 75% analysis and 25% coding.

Qualifications

Engineering background with ability to read and discuss code, epics, stories and sprints.
Fluency in Python and SQL for hands-on work.
Ability to split time between technical analysis and engagement with product managers and leaders (≈75/25).

Responsibilities

Own Feedback Loops, our internal product connecting internal and external customer feedback across Salesforce clouds.
Synthesize feedback using agentic tools and translate it into clear input for product teams.
Influence product prioritization by presenting synthesized feedback and recommendations to product leaders.
Close the loop with field teams and customers, communicating how their feedback was addressed.
Read and analyze code and technical specifications to engage product and engineering teams credibly, and discuss epics, stories and sprints.
Spend approximately 25% of your time hands-on coding, primarily in Python and SQL, to build lightweight tools and scripts.
