Qualifications

• Engineering background with ability to read, analyze and discuss code, epics and stories.
• Fluency in Python and SQL.
• Ability to split time roughly 75/25 between technical analysis and engagement with product leaders.
• Experience influencing product stakeholders without direct authority.
• Clear written and verbal communication for translating technical detail into product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Read and analyze code and technical specs to engage product and engineering teams credibly.
• Synthesize feedback input and translate into actionable input for product teams.
• Influence product prioritization by presenting synthesized feedback.
• Close the feedback loop with field teams and customers, showing how feedback was addressed.
• Allocate roughly 25% of time to hands-on coding in Python and SQL to build lightweight tools.
