Job summary

You will translate business needs into user stories, manage backlogs, and collaborate with agile teams to deliver features that streamline advisor workflows and drive growth.

• Proven experience in Agile environments and product ownership.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actions.
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog management.
• Knowledge of change management and driving adoption of new features.
• Excellent listening and communication skills with diverse audiences.
• Empathy for users and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to run training sessions for advisors and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with KPIs and how they measure product success.
• Understanding of risk management in product development.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build collaboration.
• Exposure to AI concepts and potential business applications.
• Experience improving business processes.
• Prior experience in insurance/financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the advisor experience product backlog and roadmap.
