Job summary

National Student Clearinghouse is seeking a Specialist III, Product Owner to translate customer and business objectives into actionable technology requirements. You will research, document, define requirements, and support the product lifecycle across SaaS and web-based solutions.

The role requires Agile experience, strong data literacy, and collaboration with Business Owner/Product Manager to define scope and priority. Remote-first with on-site travel to Herndon, VA as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in technology, business, or related field.
5 years of related experience defining requirements for mission-critical business applications.
Experience with Agile Methodology as a Product Owner or Business Analyst.

Responsibilities

Translate customer and business objectives into actionable requirements and user stories.
Lead backlogs, groom 2-3 sprints worth of work.
Document interconnections, integrations, and dependencies across products and systems.
Collaborate with Scrum Master and Product Managers to plan delivery and priorities.
