Job summary

Cambia Health in the United States seeks an Assistant Director Product Owner for Care Management to lead strategy, roadmap, and delivery of care-management capabilities. This hybrid role involves coordinating with Clinical Operations, Technology, Analytics, Providers, and vendors to improve care workflows and outcomes.

You will develop Product Owners, translate clinical needs into prioritized capabilities, and drive improvements in member experience, data interoperability, and program outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, health care administration, clinical discipline, finance, or related field.
• 6 years of experience in product management, health plan operations, healthcare, insurance, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of care management, population health, and clinical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the Care Management product strategy and roadmap, aligning priorities to clinical outcomes and member experience.
• Lead and develop Product Owners and team members with clear accountability for outcomes.
• Partner with clinical and technology leaders to translate needs into capabilities and executable work.
• Oversee changes to support evolving Care Management, including data, integrations, and vendor management.
• Drive end-to-end readiness for new capabilities, including testing and change management.
• Evaluate performance using clinical, operational, and financial measures to guide improvements.
