Job summary

Cambia Health is seeking an Assistant Director Product Owner for Care Management. The role leads the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Care Management capabilities to support a connected, person-focused member experience and enable clinical teams to coordinate care.

You will supervise Product Owners, partner with Clinical Operations and Technology, and drive end-to-end capability readiness, data improvements, and measurable outcomes. Hybrid work options are available across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, health care administration, clinical discipline, finance, or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the Care Management product strategy and roadmap, aligning priorities to outcomes and enterprise goals.
• Lead and develop Product Owners and team members with clear accountability for delivery.
• Partner with clinical and technology leaders to translate needs into capabilities and requirements.
• Oversee changes to support evolving Care Management capabilities.
• Advance connected clinical workflows and data capabilities to improve care coordination.
• Use measures to evaluate performance, identify gaps, and drive improvement.
• Drive readiness for new capabilities including testing and post-production stabilization.
• Manage vendor relationships and align roadmaps with clinical needs.
• Provide direction to your team and foster a positive, flourishing environment.
