Cambia Health is seeking an Assistant Director Product Owner for Care Management to lead strategy, roadmaps, and delivery across cross-functional teams in our hybrid office model. This role focuses on improving care-management workflows, data capabilities, and outcomes with clinical and operational partners.

You will guide Product Owners, translate needs into executable work, and drive continuous improvement while aligning with enterprise goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, health care administration, clinical discipline, finance, or related field.
• 6 years of experience in product management, health plan operations, healthcare, insurance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional work across Clinical Operations, Technology, Analytics, Provider, Customer Service, and vendor partners.
• Strong knowledge of care management, case management, population health, clinical operations, or related health plan workflows.
• Proven ability to translate clinical and operational needs into product strategy, roadmaps, prioritized backlogs, and measurable outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage senior leadership, clinical stakeholders, and technical teams.

Responsabilités

• Own the Care Management product strategy and roadmap, aligning priorities to clinical outcomes, member experience, operational performance, regulatory requirements, and enterprise goals.
• Lead and develop Product Owners and team members, creating clear accountability for outcomes, priorities, and delivery.
• Partner with clinical and technology leaders to translate care-management needs into prioritized capabilities, requirements, and executable work.
• Oversee operational, workflow, data, integration, vendor, and systems changes required to support evolving Care Management capabilities.
• Advance connected clinical workflows and data capabilities that improve care coordination, visibility, and the experience of members and clinical teams.
• Use clinical, quality, member, operational, and financial measures to evaluate performance, identify gaps, and guide continuous improvement.
• Drive end-to-end readiness for new capabilities, including testing, implementation, change readiness, issue resolution, and post-production stabilization.
• Manage strategic vendor relationships and ensure vendor capabilities, integrations, performance, and roadmaps align with clinical and business needs.
