Job summary

Cambia Health is seeking an Assistant Director Product Owner for Care Management to lead strategy, roadmaps, and delivery of care-management capabilities that improve member experience and clinical outcomes.

You will supervise Product Owners and partner with Clinical Operations, Technology, Analytics, and Providers to translate needs into executable work, manage integrations, and drive continuous improvement across the care-management platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 6 years in product management, health plan ops, healthcare, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own the Care Management product strategy and roadmap.
• Lead and develop Product Owners and team members.
• Partner with clinical and technology leaders to translate needs into capabilities.
• Oversee changes supporting evolving Care Management capabilities.
• Advance connected clinical workflows and data capabilities.
• Use measures to evaluate performance and guide improvement.
• Drive end-to-end readiness for new capabilities (testing, rollout, stabilization).
• Manage strategic vendor relationships and alignment with needs.
• Provide direction to your team and foster a positive environment.
