Job summary

Cambia Health is seeking an Assistant Director Product Owner for Care Management, a hybrid role with 3 days in office across multiple U.S. locations.

You will own the Care Management product strategy and lead Product Owners to deliver capabilities that improve member experience and care coordination. You will collaborate with Clinical Operations, Technology, Analytics, and providers to translate needs into prioritized capabilities and measurable outcomes, while guiding teams and vendors toward

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, health care administration, clinical discipline, finance, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• 6 years of experience in product management, health plan operations, healthcare, insurance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong knowledge of care management, case management, population health, clinical operations, or related health plan workflows.
• Proven ability to translate clinical and operational needs into product strategy, roadmaps, prioritized backlogs, and measurable outcomes.
• Experience leading cross-functional work across Clinical Operations, Technology, Analytics, Provider, Customer Service, and vendor partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the Care Management product strategy and roadmap, aligning priorities to clinical outcomes, member experience, operational performance, regulatory requirements, and enterprise goals.
• Lead and develop Product Owners and team members, creating clear accountability for outcomes, priorities, and delivery.
• Partner with clinical and technology leaders to translate care-management needs into prioritized capabilities, requirements, and executable work.
• Oversee operational, workflow, data, integration, vendor, and systems changes required to support evolving Care Management capabilities.
• Advance connected clinical workflows and data capabilities that improve care coordination, visibility, and the experience of members and clinical teams.
• Use clinical, quality, member, operational, and financial measures to evaluate performance, identify gaps, and guide continuous improvement.
• Drive end-to-end readiness for new capabilities, including testing, implementation, change readiness, issue resolution, and post-production stabilization.
• Manage strategic vendor relationships and ensure vendor capabilities, integrations, performance, and roadmaps align with clinical and business needs.
