Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Senior Product Owner in Care Management to lead strategy, roadmaps, and cross-functional delivery. You will guide Product Owners across clinical operations, technology, analytics, providers, and vendors to improve care-management workflows and outcomes.

You will coach a team, translate clinical needs into prioritized capabilities, and drive end-to-end delivery while balancing enterprise goals and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 6 years of experience in product management, health plan operations, healthcare, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the Care Management product strategy and roadmap, aligning priorities to clinical outcomes and enterprise goals.
• Lead and develop Product Owners and team members, creating clear accountability for outcomes and delivery.
• Partner with clinical and technology leaders to translate needs into prioritized capabilities and requirements.
• Oversee changes to support evolving Care Management capabilities and workflows.
• Drive end-to-end readiness for new capabilities, including testing, implementation, and post-production stabilization.
• Manage strategic vendor relationships and ensure alignment with clinical and business needs.
