Job summary

American Airlines is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape the future of the Sales Tools ecosystem. You will partner with Sales, IT, and Data Engineering to deliver trusted data, scalable platform capabilities, and AI-enabled solutions supporting business priorities.

Responsibilities include driving product vision, coordinating with squads, and delivering value through continuous discovery while maintaining healthy backlogs and aligning with organizational standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related field and 3 years of Product Management/Delivery experience or 5 years of relevant work experience.
Experience determining Product Market fit and defining a Go-to-Market strategy.
Familiarity with Agile Product Management tools.

Responsibilities

Contributes to cocreation of Product Vision and Product Strategy aligned to Portfolio goals.
Uses data models, analytics, and querying languages to support products/services.
Communicates OKRs, roadmaps, releases, and dependencies to leadership.
Manages backlog and coordinates with UX, Technology, Vendors, Risk, Compliance, and Security.
Drives continuous product discovery and value delivery to meet OKRs.
