Job summary

Avionté Staffing Software is seeking a Product Owner to shape the AI-driven development lifecycle and define clear requirements for AI-assisted pipelines. You will collaborate with a Group Product Manager to maintain a healthy backlog and drive sprint-level execution.

In this role, you will define feature intents, write acceptance criteria, validate AI outputs, and work with QA and engineering to ensure quality gates and release readiness. Strong communication and agile experience are essential.

Qualifications

3+ years in product ownership or related software product role.
Experience writing acceptance criteria and functional requirements that engineering and QA can act on without back-and-forth.
Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum teams using tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar.
Strong facilitation and communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Active user of AI tools (Claude, Copilot, or similar) in daily work.

Responsibilities

Define the intent behind features with clarity for AI-assisted development pipelines: outcomes, constraints, and acceptance criteria.
Own and maintain the team backlog: prioritize work and sequence it for continuous delivery.
Validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with customer needs.
Partner with Group Product Manager to connect sprint work to product strategy and measurable outcomes.
Lead sprint ceremonies: planning, grooming, demos, and retrospectives; keep the team focused.
