Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead strategic transformation across Offer Platforms within the MarTech organization. The role supports modernization, improved offers, and AI-enabled capabilities across multiple hubs in major U.S. markets.

You will collaborate with product, marketing, technology, data, and risk teams to translate innovative concepts into MVPs and scalable capabilities while ensuring governance and measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in product management and Agile delivery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic transformation across Offer Platforms and related capabilities.
• Identify and deliver new capabilities to improve how offers are created, managed, delivered, and optimized.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, technology, data, operations, risk and other stakeholders to modernize platforms and explore AI opportunities.
