Job summary

CrossCountry Consulting LLC is seeking a capable AI Product Owner within its AI Innovation & Transformation practice. You will bridge client finance and technology to shape AI agent roadmaps and deliver measurable enterprise value from kickoff to steady-state outcomes.

Responsibilities include requirements gathering, sprint planning, stakeholder alignment, and driving adoption of AI/ML solutions across finance and related functions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in finance, consulting, or enterprise product management.
• Deep finance domain expertise: month-end close, budgeting/forecasting, revenue ops.
• Product Owner or Product Manager in enterprise software/SaaS context.
• Experience deploying AI/ML or automation in finance/operations.
• Willingness to travel domestically.

Responsibilities

• Own AI product roadmap for client engagements and prioritize deployments.
• Translate business requirements into agent specifications: user stories and criteria.
• Lead sprint planning with Forward Deployed Engineers and Data Architects.
• Manage stakeholder alignment and executive sponsorship.
• Drive change management and user adoption of AI/ML solutions.
• Measure ROI and value realization across engagements.
