Job summary

PNC is seeking a Product Owner III in the Integrated Financial Crime Risk Management group. The role will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Raleigh, NC, Charlotte, NC, or Birmingham, AL.

The Product Owner is accountable for product strategy, vision, and backlog, prioritizing work and guiding agile delivery to maximize business value while focusing on customer experience and risk management.

Qualifications

• Experience translating complex financial crime, compliance, or risk-related business needs into product features and user stories.
• Strong knowledge of AML, BSA, KYC, Sanctions, and Fraud processes, controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with Agentic AI, automation, and emerging technologies that enhance decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Owns the vision and definition of the product. Serves as the voice of the Customer. Prioritizes backlog based on business value.
• Defines and conveys the product vision to the team to address client requirements and business objectives.
• Accountable for the creation and integrity of the product backlog and grooming.
• Collaborates with Scrum Master and development teams to ensure correct items are prioritized and decisions are made.
