Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company is seeking a Senior Directory Services & Cloud Identity Specialist to own the architecture and security of enterprise identity ecosystems. You will bridge on-prem AD DS with Entra ID, lead identity modernization, and automate workflows using PowerShell and IaC in Azure and Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise Windows Server, AD DS, and Microsoft Cloud experience.
• Deep expertise in AD DS, GPO, DNS/DHCP, Kerberos, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting (Graph PowerShell SDK, REST APIs, background jobs).
• Extensive experience configuring SSO, SAML, OAuth, and Conditional Access.
• Practical Azure administration: Subscriptions, RBAC, Networking, Log Analytics.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain hybrid AD DS and Entra ID architectures.
• Architect and administer SSO, SAML, OAuth, and enterprise federation.
• Automate user lifecycle provisioning and RBAC using PowerShell and IaC.
• Manage Azure subscriptions, VNets, NSGs, and security policies.
• Serve as Tier 3/4 escalation for directory and M365 issues.
• Lead vendor engagements and create SOPs; mentor junior staff.
