Job summary

PrePass is seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead development for our Web Platform from our Downtown Phoenix office in a hybrid role.   • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product‑focused role.
  • Strong experience in business process analysis and translating requirements into technical solutions.
  • Solid understanding of web application and API‑based systems.
  • Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
  • Excellent decision‑making, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with user‑centered design principles and modern web usability standards.
  • Ability to influence cross‑functional teams and drive outcomes without direct authority.
  • Some travel may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the product backlog, ensuring alignment with product strategy, business objectives, and customer needs.

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead development for our Web Platform in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role carries significant ownership and influence, requiring strong product judgment, adaptability, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business strategy and customer outcomes.

You will work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Design, and cross‑functional stakeholders to translate product vision and strategic initiatives into well‑defined, high‑impact software solutions. The ideal candidate demonstrates maturity in decision‑making, a strong grasp of web‑based platforms, and the confidence to lead within Agile teams while balancing tactical execution with long‑term product goals. This is a hybrid position based out of our Downtown Phoenix corporate office.

Essential Responsibilities

Product Ownership & Delivery

  • Own and drive the product backlog, ensuring alignment with product strategy, business objectives, and customer needs.
