Netflix is seeking a Senior Product Operations Lead/Program Manager to own the operations backbone of the CEI configurations team. You will lead ways of working, operating rhythms, portfolio visibility, and scalable tooling to support a fast-moving product org across Product, Tech, Content, and Production.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Product Operations or Program Management within product-driven orgs.
• Experience designing and scaling operating rhythms, processes, and tooling.
• Fluency with planning cadences like OKRs, QBRs, and roadmapping.

Responsabilités

• Define and maintain ways of working and standards for product development.
• Run core operating cadences: planning, OKRs, QBRs; produce leadership-ready readouts.
• Manage portfolio: intake, prioritization, roadmap, launch calendar; visibility on in-flight work.
• Communicate with partners across Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams; maintain single source of truth.
• Design scalable systems, workflows, and tooling; leverage AI to improve efficiency.
• Identify operating improvement opportunities across the product lifecycle; drive impact.
• Partner with other content/product teams on innovation roadmaps.
• Lead cross-cutting programs that enable transformational ways of working.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to shape business vision and opportunities.
