Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management experience translating scope into actionable work.
• Experience writing business use cases, requirements, or BRDs.
• Knowledge of product development workflows including project management, UAT and workflow docs.
• Experience defining KPIs and success metrics for new workflows and features.
• Proven ability to lead change management and rollout plans across teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize tooling and workflow improvements globally; author charters and requirements.
• Define scope and work breakdown structures; coordinate resources across cross-functional teams.
