Job summary

Tekmetric is hiring a Senior Product Operations Manager to lead the analytics and metrics that shape product decisions. You will partner with product leadership to design the metrics program, own modeling of outcomes, and ensure data democratization across teams.

Expect to translate insights into strategic recommendations that influence roadmap and OKRs. You’ll build dashboards and data templates, standardize reporting, and collaborate with Engineering and Data teams to maintain data governance

Qualifications

5-8+ years in Product Operations, Product Analytics, BI, or related roles.
Strong foundation in statistics: regression, correlation, and predictive modeling.
Experience building and owning analytics programs and metrics.
Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for product decisions.

Responsibilities

Design and evolve Tekmetric's product metrics program.
Build multi-variable outcome models linking inputs to retention, revenue, and engagement.
Apply regression and predictive modeling to validate metric definitions.
Develop dashboards and self-service templates for cross-functional teams.
Tell compelling data stories for exec reviews and planning cycles.
