Job summary

Tektronix, based in Solon, Ohio, seeks a Staff Product Manager for Semiconductor Test & Measurement Systems to lead portfolio strategy, roadmap direction, lifecycle management, and global product performance. You will work with customers and engineering teams to identify growth opportunities and deliver differentiated solutions.

In this role you will guide go-to-market plans, engage with executives, and drive business results across the portfolio.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience defining product strategy, roadmap priorities, and lifecycle decisions for hardware or hardware-software solutions.
Ability to translate customer needs, market signals, and competitive insights into differentiated product requirements and investment recommendations.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix organization, balancing priorities and stakeholder expectations.
Strong business acumen with experience in pricing, revenue/margin analysis, and portfolio performance management.

Responsibilities

Own portfolio strategy and lifecycle decisions across the Precision DC portfolio from discovery to end-of-life planning.
Set and maintain a prioritized roadmap aligned to customer workflows, competition, tech trends, and strategy.
Engage with customers, partners, and field teams to capture workflows and unmet needs.
Lead through influence across engineering, sales, marketing, applications, and operations to deliver outcomes.
Define go-to-market plans, enablement, and launch readiness for new products and major updates.
Monitor portfolio performance and develop business cases for new products and enhancements.
