Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an operations generalist to own the partner program intake and build scalable processes. You will serve as a central hub for partner experience, coordinating with Finance, RevOps, Sales, Enablement, Product, and Legal to drive execution of partnership strategy.

The role emphasizes designing end-to-end intake workflows, enabling AI automations with Claude, and leading cross-functional initiatives to improve data hygiene and process efficiency.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in management consulting or investment banking, ideally with 1-3+ years in business ops or partner ops at an AI/tech company.
• Strong PM ability with cross-functional influence on operational initiatives.
• Hands-on experience creating AI workflows with Claude or similar tools and scaling them.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (Hex, Looker, or similar).
• Analytical mindset with ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.

Responsibilities

• Own intake for new process requests: triage, scope, and prioritize needs across the partner organization.
• Design new partner operations processes from zero to one: stand up the workflow, documentation, and requirements.
• Build new AI automations with Claude across partner operations from prototype to production and scale them.
• Take on special operations projects with cross-functional teams on priority initiatives.
• Manage registrations, referrals, incentives, applications, and onboarding data and processes.
