This role focuses on cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decisions, and delivering measurable outcomes in a hybrid US environment. You will work with Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Risk, IT/Security, Finance, Data, and GTM teams to drive

• 5+ years leading cross-functional programs across Product/Engineering and business teams.
• Exceptional communicator who aligns senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Thrives in ambiguity with strong planning and governance.
• Shaper of initiatives from concept to delivery with measurable outcomes.
• Strong data-driven decision making and prioritization skills.
• Experience building scalable processes and automation to improve velocity.
• Fluent in AI tools and automation to boost productivity

Responsabilités

• Surface and prioritize high-impact strategic opportunities and own end-to-end delivery.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and GTM to define and implement strategy across MoonPay products.
