Verily Health is seeking an experienced Product Operations Program Manager to scale our product development engine and optimize end-to-end delivery. You will work with Product Managers, TPMs, UX, Solution Delivery and more to drive prioritization, roadmap planning, and enterprise data transformation.

You will maintain timelines, monitor risks, and establish governance frameworks to ensure on-time launch and successful execution across PRE products, with a focus on collaboration and operational

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business, technical, or healthcare-related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of program management or product operations experience within a fast-paced healthtech or digital health organization.
• Jira and Confluence proficiency with experience structuring multi-team projects and dashboards.
• Practical experience using AI productivity tools to accelerate drafting, workflows, and data synthesis.
• Strong communication skills, able to summarize key takeaways for executives or deep-dive with execution teams.
• PMP or Prosci Change Management certifications are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Translate product strategy and vision into iterative, actionable plans for launches.
• Manage day-to-day workstream directions and resolve cross-functional dependencies.
• Identify gaps and schedule cross-functional sessions to design rapid solutions.
• Drive the core operational rhythm and governance communications (Confluence hubs).
• Define and optimize scalable operational systems and workflows across PRE products.
