Verily Health is seeking an experienced Product Operations Program Manager to scale our product development engine and optimize end-to-end delivery. You will collaborate with Product Managers, TPMs, UX, Solution Delivery managers and others to drive prioritization, long term strategy and feedback, ensuring on-time launches and strong cross-functional alignment.

You will be responsible for maintaining timelines, tracking risks, and establishing governance frameworks to support enterprise data

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business, technical, or healthcare field or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years in program management or product operations in a healthtech/digital health org.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence, including multi-team projects & dashboards.
• Experience using AI productivity tools (Google Gemini, Cursor, Claude) to accelerate workflows.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills with executive summarization ability.

Responsabilidades

• Translate product strategy into actionable plans and drive successful launches.
• Manage day-to-day workstreams and resolve dependencies across product, marketing, software, and data teams.
• Identify process gaps and facilitate cross-functional problem-solving sessions.
• Lead operational rhythm and governance, including Confluence hubs and launch readiness reviews.
• Define scalable workflows and align roadmaps across PRE products.
