Job summary

Verily Health is seeking a visionary Senior Staff Product Manager to lead Lightpath, Verily’s flagship precision health solution. You’ll own definition, strategy, and growth, coordinating with Sales, engineering, data science, and clinical leadership to drive bookings, pipeline, and patient outcomes.

You will collaborate with enterprise partners, health systems, payers, and Alphabet leadership to define the product vision and scale a reusable platform for commercial and clinical impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive product management experience directing enterprise platform solutions end‑to‑end or driving initiatives from 0 to 1.
• Proven track record of managing commercial metrics (bookings, pipeline) and product/health outcomes in enterprise B2B.
• Experience driving product alignment across Engineering, Data Science, Clinical, Quality, or Regulatory teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end vision, strategy, and roadmap for Lightpath as a scalable AI‑driven solution.
• Partner with Enterprise Sales to close high‑value deals and define the B2B solution narrative.
• Lead executive alignment and external market engagement with clinical partners, health systems, payers, and senior leadership.
• Coordinate across engineering, data science, clinical, quality, and UX to deliver scalable, reusable platforms.
• Own lifecycle and commercial outcomes for Lightpath and upcoming B2B solutions.
