Job summary

Verily is seeking a Technical Program Manager to support the Consumer and Care organization. You will partner with engineering, clinical, UX, and cross-functional teams to drive delivery of key products and CareGuide launch.

The role emphasizes coordinating large-scale software systems in a healthcare context, with a focus on patient-centric outcomes and operational excellence. This is a full-time, on-site position in the United States.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of complex technical program management experience delivering large-scale software systems or digital health products.
• Expert cross-functional leadership and communication skills across engineering, clinical, UX, and executive stakeholders.
• Experience in FDA regulated environments and design controls is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Engineering Managers, Technical Leads, Product Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to guide features from concept to launch readiness and release.
• Ruthlessly monitor project health, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and manage interdependencies for leadership.
• Provide thought leadership to establish program management best practices and drive efficiency across the organization.
• Serve as a trusted advisory partner to leadership across technical and cross-functional domains.
