Job summary

DTN in the United States is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the next phase of profitable growth in our Energy and Refined Fuels SaaS business. You will develop and execute comprehensive product and go-to-market strategies, and guide modernization and customer migration initiatives.

You will partner with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to drive product innovation, improve market positioning, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of strategic product portfolios and complex SaaS offerings.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering products and solutions that create measurable customer value and achieve business objectives.
• Experience leading large-scale product modernization, platform transformation, or customer migration initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies using a structured, data-driven approach to market analysis, competitive differentiation, and product-level business planning.
• Lead large-scale product modernization and customer migration programs, working directly with customers to understand requirements and deliver successful outcomes.
• Evaluate build, buy, and partner opportunities, prioritizing investments across the product portfolio based on customer value, commercial potential, and strategic alignment.
• Define and prioritize product features and enhancements using market research, customer feedback, industry insights, and competitive analysis.
• Drive product decisions that optimize customer value, customer growth, and profitability while supporting long-term business objectives.
• Lead a formal product road mapping process, incorporating feedback from internal and external stakeholders to establish clear priorities and investment decisions.
• Establish and monitor product metrics and KPIs to evaluate product management decisions, go-to-market effectiveness, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Partner with Engineering to define long-term platform strategies, modernization priorities, and technology investments that support scalability, growth, and operational efficiency while meeting project timelines and budgets.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to develop go-to-market strategies, market positioning, pricing approaches, and product adoption initiatives.
• Develop and continuously validate ideal customer profiles (ICP) and total addressable market (TAM) assessments to inform product strategy and growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, industry influencers, and strategic partners to gather insights and validate product direction.
• Mentor and influence Product Managers and cross-functional teams by establishing product management best practices, frameworks, and standards.
