Job summary

DTN is seeking a customer-focused Product Manager to drive growth in our Energy and Refined Fuels SaaS business. You will collaborate with customers, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to translate market insights into capabilities that deliver value.

You will guide product strategy, support modernization initiatives, and drive adoption and profitability while partnering with teams to ensure measurable outcomes across the platform.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering products that create measurable customer value.
• Experience collaborating with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and other teams.
• Experience with SaaS products and how insights influence product decisions.
• Experience contributing to product launches and go-to-market activities.
• Strong customer discovery skills to identify broader challenges.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using qualitative and quantitative data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across the organization.
• Understanding of market analysis, segmentation, discovery, roadmaps, and prioritization.
• Strong commercial awareness and how decisions affect adoption and growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product strategies and roadmaps using data-driven insights.
• Engage with customers to understand workflows, challenges, and outcomes.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities based on value and alignment.
• Define and prioritize product capabilities and enhancements for Eng teams.
• Work with Engineering throughout discovery and delivery to ensure impact.
• Maintain clear roadmaps and communicate priorities and tradeoffs clearly.
• Establish and track KPIs to measure adoption, value, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on positioning, launches, and adoption.
• Support customer profiles, market opportunities, and segmentation.
• Build relationships with customers and stakeholders to gather insights.
