Aquent is seeking a visionary operations and business analysis leader to shape the backbone of our technology platforms. You will drive discovery, map complex processes, and translate insights into actionable improvements across Product, Technology, and business teams.

You’ll collaborate with internal and external partners to establish governance, improve operating routines, and document critical workflows, enabling scalable, data-driven decisions and enhanced product experiences.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in business analysis, process management or related disciplines.
• Expertise in process and workflow discovery, mapping, and documentation.
• Ability to lead discovery sessions and translate insights into improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and mapping of complex processes and user journeys.
• Establish and refine operating processes, governance and repeatable ways of working.
• Analyze problems, run discovery sessions, and translate findings into improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Technology, and business teams.
• Document critical processes and workflows for stakeholders.
