Job summary

What You’ll Do

• Lead the discovery and mapping of complex processes and workflows, including user journey mapping, within sophisticated technology environments.
• Drive initiatives to establish and refine operating processes, team practices, governance frameworks, and repeatable ways of working, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of complex problems, leading discovery sessions to uncover insights and translate findings into tangible process or platform enhancements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Technology, business teams, and external vendors to influence strategic decisions and implement impactful operational improvements.
• Document critical processes and workflows, ensuring clarity, consistency, and accessibility for all stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis, process management/improvement, product operations, platform management, or closely related disciplines.
• Demonstrated expertise in process and workflow discovery, process mapping, user journey mapping, and comprehensive documentation within complex technology landscapes.
• Proven ability to lead discovery sessions, dissect intricate problems, and convert insights into actionable improvements for processes or platforms.
• Extensive experience in establishing and enhancing operating processes, team practices, governance, and scalable ways of working.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a track record of working independently and effectively influencing diverse stakeholders across Product, Technology, business teams, and external partners.

What Will Set You Apart

• Experience in supporting and managing third-party AI or SaaS platforms, including collaboration with vendors on operations, issue resolution, enhancements, releases, and ongoing improvement initiatives.
• Strong data analysis skills, including proficiency in SQL and/or Python, with the capability to transform data into actionable product and operational insights.
• Familiarity with AI/GenAI platforms or applications and a solid understanding of the operational considerations involved in managing AI-enabled products.
• Experience with user research, stakeholder interviews, journey analysis, and qualitative research, adept at translating findings into strategic product or roadmap recommendations.
• Proficiency in Powerpoint and Excel for effective data visualization and presentation.
