Job summary

Athos Commerce is seeking a Product Operations Lead to build and scale an outcome‑oriented product organization. You will own analytics, dashboards, and communication frameworks to empower Product Managers while collaborating with Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.

You will drive scalable processes, roadmaps, and governance, ensuring alignment across global teams and enabling faster, data‑driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in product operations or similar cross-functional role.
• Experience in B2B SaaS/ecommerce tech preferred.
• Strong SQL proficiency and data-driven decision making.
• Experience building dashboards in Metabase/Looker/Power BI.
• Experience with product analytics platforms like GA4/Amplitude.
• Ability to coordinate OKRs and roadmaps with stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Aha!, Asana, Guru, Jira, Confluence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product analytics and metrics.
• Build dashboards and reports for product teams and executives.
• Coordinate quarterly OKRs and roadmap planning.
• Improve scalable product operations and documentation.
• Own centralized process for product requests and triage.
• Serve as liaison between Product and customer-facing teams.
• Support GTM with clear communication of new capabilities.
• Capture customer feedback to inform planning.
• Prepare regular product updates and roadmap reviews.
• Lead cross-functional improvements to mature the Product org.
