Job summary

OnePay is seeking an experienced Issues & Program Manager to own the end-to-end Issue Management Program within Product Operations. You will triage issues, drive root-cause analysis, and lead containment to closure while coordinating cross-functional product launches.

You bring 10+ years in technology-based PM or product operations, fintech experience, and a passion for AI-enabled execution. You will partner with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Product, and Engineering to raise the bar.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technology-based project management, product operations, or a related role within fintech or technology.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the Issue Management Program end to end, triaging issues and driving root-cause analysis.
• Lead containment and remediation through to closure across cross-functional teams.
• Drive product launches end to end with cross-functional readiness across Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing and Operations.
• Manage relationships with partners and stakeholders, including banking and strategic partners.
• Own issue reporting to internal and external stakeholders and track remediation progress.
